BarH records is an outlet for my musical fun.

I've played in musical groups since college. The groups range from pretentious garage rock bands, folk music, a mandolin orchestra, a big band jazz ensemble, the pit band for a musical... you name it. I play mostly string instruments, guitar and bass, but I can fake some piano too.

I bought my first multi-track recorder, 4-track cassette deck, in the late 80's (instead of a car... much to the shagrin of my parents). Ever since then I've loved recording and arranging as much as performing. Now, I've upgraded to a ProTools LE recording system and some decent outboard gear.

So, here on this site you will find old and new. Old recordings from the various bands I've played in and new recordings from my ProTools studio. I hope you find as much joy from all things musical as I do.
